Junior Achievement of Greater Washington

JR Communications has worked with Junior Achievement of Greater Washington since 2010 to amplify their work and impact across multiple programs and initiatives in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Now known as one of the most innovative and impactful Junior Achievement chapters in the country. Significantly increased regional and national visibility by generating over 1 million annual earned media impressions thanks to coverage in The Washington Post and National Journal, on CNBC, and year-round in the local press. Ongoing, more substantive awareness among funders, partners, volunteers and individual donors.

“Julie and her team have proven that they have the relationships with journalists and business and community leaders to make things happen for our organization.
JR Communications has earned us greater name recognition and awareness for our work in the highly competitive nonprofit and media market of Washington, DC.
Over the past 6 years and counting, they have encouraged us to think big and to think ‘what’s next?’ in everything that we do, pushing us to be better and do better every day.”
